Echt een aanrader onder de grond
We zijn net terug van onze uitstap naar de Caves del Drach en ik wou toch even delen hoe hard dit is meegevallen. Wat vooraf een groot pluspunt was, is dat de organisatie het slim aanpakt. Geen urenlang rondsleuren langs dertig verschillende hotels om volk te verzamelen; ze werken met maar een paar vaste ophaalpunten. Dat scheelde ons superveel tijd en we zaten tenminste niet direct uren op de bus voor we er waren.Ook de gids op de bus was een echte meerwaarde. In plaats van de typische droge feitjes, vertelde Ester honderduit over het eiland met hopen humor en leuke anekdotes. De rit vloog daardoor echt voorbij en je steekt er nog eens wat van op ook.De grotten zelf zijn prachtig. Het is er een dikke kilometer wandelen tussen de gigantische stalactieten en stalagmieten, wat met de juiste verlichting echt indrukwekkend is om te zien. Zeker in de zomer is die 21 °C binnenin trouwens een zalige afkoeling.Het hoogtepunt is sowieso het Martelmeer op het einde. Je neemt plaats op bankjes in het donker en dan komen er bootjes met sfeervolle lichtjes aangespoord terwijl er een kwartet live klassieke muziek (vooral Chopin) speelt. Die akoestiek daar is zo bizar goed, ik kreeg er oprecht kippenvel van. Nadien mag je zelf ook nog heel even op zo’n bootje stappen om een klein stukje over het water te varen. Al bij al een supermooie ervaring die heel vlot geregeld was! DANK U WEL MIGUEL ANGEL EN ESTER, HET WAS EEN SUPER LEUKE UITSTAP!
Muy buena organización, rápido y puntual
Como no tengo carnet de coche, suelo hacer bastantes excursiones en autobús por la isla y sé lo pesado que puede ser cuando se para en demasiados sitios. Lo que más agradecí de esta visita a las Cuevas del Drach fue que la logística es superágil. Tienen fijados solo unos pocos puntos de recogida, así que el trayecto fue muy rápido, directo y con una puntualidad excelente.Las cuevas son preciosas y el concierto en el lago subterráneo es una experiencia fantástica. Da gusto hacer turismo por tu propia isla cuando te encuentras con una organización tan eficiente que te permite aprovechar el día al máximo. Totalmente recomendable.
Ein wirklich coole Erlebnis!
Ein absolut unvergesslicher Tag! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Unser Ausflug war sogar noch viel schöner und lustiger als erwartet! Schon die Fahrt im Bus war dank der super humorvollen Reisebegleitung ein echtes Highlight und extrem unterhaltsam. Die Höhlen selbst und das anschließliche Konzert auf dem unterirdischen See kann man gar nicht richtig in Worte fassen – man muss diese atemberaubende Schönheit einfach selbst erlebt haben, um es zu verstehen. Eine absolute Empfehlung!
Una auténtica maravilla de excursión!
Nos hemos venido unos días desde la península y esta visita ha sido, sin duda, de lo mejor de las vacaciones. Las cuevas y el concierto son un espectáculo, pero lo que hizo que el día fuera redondo fue el equipo. Esther, la guía, y Vicente, el chófer, son unos profesionales de diez y sumaron muchísimo a la experiencia.Vicente conduce con una tranquilidad que da gusto y Esther es majísima; nos fue contando un montón de cosas interesantes y divertidas de camino, haciendo que el trayecto se pasara volando. Toda la organización funciona de lujo y la excursión en sí ha estado realmente guapísima. ¡Da gusto viajar con gente así!
Caves del Drach
An absolute must-do in Mallorca (with world-class customer service!) ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐We recently visited the Caves del Drach, and while the caves themselves are spectacular, I first have to give a massive shoutout to the company’s customer service. Planning a trip can sometimes be stressful, but these guys made it incredibly easy. Every time I reached out with questions, they replied to my emails and WhatsApp messages in record time. Having that instant, helpful communication made organizing everything completely seamless and stress-free.The walk through the caves is mesmerizing—the rock formations are massive, beautifully lit, and it genuinely feels like walking into another world.But the absolute highlight has to be the live classical music concert at Lake Martel at the very end. Sitting in the dark amphitheater while rowboats lit up with fairy lights glide across the crystal-clear water is pure magic. What blew me away the most wasn't just the music, but the collective energy in the room. It was mind-blowing to see 500 people completely locked into the present moment together. The second the music starts playing, it is literally impossible to think about the past or plan for the future. Having 500 people all sharing that exact same conscious, mindful moment at the exact same time was an absolute game-changer and an incredible experience. Afterward, you even get to hop on a boat for a short, peaceful row across the lake.From the lightning-fast customer support to that unforgettable collective moment, the whole experience was amazing. Highly recommend!

Día de barco sin complicaciones
Mi familia y yo reservamos una excursión en catamarán por la web y fue un proceso de dos minutos y el bono llegó al correo al instante. También nos enviaron el punto de recogida para el autobús; estaba muy bien señalizado y el conductor fue puntual, lo agradecimos mucho porque cuando vas en un grupo grande que incluye niños no quieres perder media mañana esperando. El barco estaba impecable, con espacio de sobra para estar cómodos y el equipo de snorkel que nos prestaron era de muy buena calidad. La comida a bordo fue sencilla pero riquísima, los peques la han disfrutado mucho, así que cumplió de sobra para pasar el día en el mar. En medio de nuestro despiste nos hemos retrasado a la hora del traslado de vuelta, pero el guía de Click-Mallorca nos localizó rápido y nos indicó dónde estaba el bus sin rollo. Este es un acierto para pasar un día diferente y disfrutar de la isla.
